Stylist Spotlight: Meet Kalie Shea

We’re excited to introduce Kalie Shea, one of the newest members of the Tease Hair Boutique Associate Program. Originally from Boston, Kalie brings a fresh energy, a passion for hair, and a natural flair for styling that’s already making an impression.

After attending Bojack Academy, Kalie joined the team at Tease just three weeks ago and has hit the ground running. From the moment she stepped into the salon, she felt drawn to its vibrant atmosphere, beautiful design, and inspiring team dynamic.

“I love what Tease has to offer,” she shares, “And the culture and environment at the salon are beautiful!”

Kalie’s path to becoming a stylist was inspired by someone close to her heart: her grandfather. That spark led her to pursue her dream wholeheartedly, and now she’s honing her skills and growing in her craft through Tease’s associate training. One of her standout specialties is French cutting, a chic, precision-driven technique that blends beautifully with Tease’s elevated approach to hair design.

She’s also certified in extensions and loves working with luxury haircare lines like Kérastase, her go-to favorite for achieving healthy, radiant results. Whether she’s assisting a stylist or stepping into her own creative moment, Kalie brings a calm confidence to everything she does.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Kalie enjoying time off with a good movie or out playing soccer. She’s also known among friends as the ultimate hostess, always ready to throw a party and bring people together. If she could spend her time doing anything, it would be traveling the world, with a warm stop in Florida of course.

A few fun facts: Kalie’s favorite movie is Pretty Woman because she loves its unexpected take on empowerment and transformation. If she could sit down to dinner with three icons, she'd choose Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, and Sandra Bullock. Talk about star power.

At the heart of her journey is her biggest inspiration: her mom. Kalie also has a genuine love for making people feel their best.

“The people are my favorite part of being a stylist,” she says, and it shows in the way she connects with clients and team members alike.
